All what you suggest is so true and most important to be able to continue living reasonably, instead of working your way to a perish without any cause. It is a shame that so many people are inclined to forget and underestimate such obvious truths.Unfortunately I include myself also in this humble list.</description>

We stopped when we got so busy (shame on us!) but Bob and I were doing 5-mile walks every day, completely around one of the lakes here on the island. We talked biz a little too much, but boy, were we energized by those walks.

You have inspired me to &quot;get with the program&quot; again!</description>
