Kare,

If I may be so bold, I'd suggest a 7th. In the book, Go-Giver, the authors Burg and Mann, say that our value depends upon how many people we serve. The larger the group we serve, the greater the rewards - psychic and financial.

Kare,

I fully agree with what you clarified. The wealth of knowledge you offer is very impressive. The sub directory
"Understanding better" offers a very user friendly guide to Understanding Debt, Risk and Leverage +: "A Visual Guide to the Financial Crises",1-4, that was more than revealing. As my saving grace to your completely relevant remarks, I can only cite Russell Ackoff -"You never learn by doing something right 'cause you already know how to do it. You only learn from making mistakes and correcting them."

J.D.: right - and that includes how relevant the expertise is, how it is delivered, how people hear about it (social proof, etc.) and how you change for it. Michael: credible experience is the starting point, for sure - yet understanding your prospective market is just as vital. Only then can you design how you will deliver it so they can see themselves learning - through you and with others

I find the article very useful and informative. It is true that to a certain extend experience seems to sell itself.
The way you label and package your expertise may have an impact from a salesman viewpoint, but will not
help much if you don't have something solid to back it up. The sub directories are loaded with relevant knowledge to satisfy even a sophisticated taste. What can I say? -"I don't feel young enough to know everything." -Oscar Wild.

It sounds like experience sells. I think the key is how you label and package your expertise.
