… to identify those products for site visitors to then click and buy. That’s the mutually-profitable crowdsourcing angle for us and for Pixazza, a start-up that generated buzz because of support from Google Ventures. 

This tool may be especially hot for publishers of celebrity/gossip-style sites such as I’m Not Obsessed! which has been using the technology.

 Stephan Shankland calls Pixazza, “a photo-based version of Google’s AdSense.” That service, as many of you know, matches text on pages with relevant ads to display adjacent to it. Pixazza enables site visitors to click to the products they are interested in buying.
