I like this post. I can see how this could work on an individual goal-setting level as well as with teams in business or civic life. On an individual level a lot of the times we forget that in order to achieve something it&#039;s useful for us to ask for help from others who may be more experienced. And, as you say, understanding the reason why we want to achieve a goal can help.
