I like how you expanded the conversation to include the works of other authors. 

Yes, imagine taking those tests with co-workers, or  best friend or a spouse with the goal of bringing out the best. How cool would that be? Vulnerable, no doubt. But at the end? Very cool or you&#039;d know why that wasn&#039;t possible.

Thanks for this post and interview. One of my training subjects relates to behavioral styles, and this is one topic where I see many people get confused. So many people get confused by how they can generally exhibit consistent behavior patterns and still behave like two different people in different situations.

I also like the discussion on &quot;hot buttons&quot; or &quot;bad behaviors.&quot; Really good content. I gained some new insights by listening to the interview. Thanks.
