I believe most people are convinced a Mastermind Group is a great tool. But I have found most people don't take the action necessary to get started. I have wondered it if is the time, ability to find people or just plain avoid groups because they fear the commitment and accountability that go with a Mastermind Group. People should be falling all over themselves to get in a great group!
