The sad thing is that it leaves the non-preneurial behind. I know so many talented people from advertising, for example, who could have struck out on their own, save for their lack of entrepreneurial gene. Frankly, I still can't believe that _I'm_ an entrepreneur, but as a free agent since 1992, I guess it's time to give up on the idea that I'm a company gal. Great post, btw.
